Round Review – 16/02/2013

We all managed to get out on the course today, the weather was perfect and so was the golf. We had a couple of guests today, so we split in to pairs and had 1 guest each. It was Stuart and myself in one pair and Paul and Neal in the other.

After having a lesson a couple of weeks ago, with Dave Fluke from South Coast Golf Coaching, I was keen to see how my 2nd round with a grip change would go (the first one wasn’t great!). My driving still needs some work, but the irons on approach were very tidy today.

I shot a 77, which got me a very nice 43 points. I thought I was in with a shout today, until we got in and I was told Paul had shot an amazing 69 which got him 45 points. Great shooting Paul! Neal ended up with 39 points and Stuart with 28 (but we’re still waiting for his actual handicap to be calculated).

See below for a full breakdown of our scores.
